Why I built JobCraftsMan

The interview is the highest-stakes hour of any job search — and the part almost everyone prepares for alone. You rehearse in your head, maybe in the mirror, and walk in never having heard honest feedback on a single answer.

JobCraftsMan puts an AI coach in your corner. Practice a realistic interview for your role, answer one question at a time, and get scored, specific feedback on every answer — plus a model answer to compare against. Run it again until you walk in ready. The first focus is nursing and NHS interviews, where the questions, the values, and the language are specific enough that generic prep falls short.

Because it’s just me, I can move quickly. If something doesn’t work for the way people actually prepare, I can change it the same week: a sharper feedback prompt, a new interview preset, a new nursing role. Small enough to ship fast, with a clear enough vision to keep building.

JobCraftsMan was designed and built with Claude. The interview questions, model answers, and feedback are all generated by Claude (Anthropic). Your content is processed to provide the service and is never used to train AI models. Everything else is hand-rolled Rails and Nuxt.
